I  am a psychotherapist and professional counselor licensed to practice in the State of Idaho with an office in Hailey.  For the last  30 years I have had a large and varied interest in psychotherapy beginning with my own journey at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. 

I received my B.S. from the , Salt Lake City, Utah,  a  M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University, Seattle, WA and a clinical internship at Preferred Child & Family Services in  Twin Falls, Idaho.  I provide individual, couple and group therapy.  I have expertise and special interest in womens issues, interpersonal issues, relationship issues, family issues, divorce & separation, anxiety & depression, career issues, mid-life transitions and family of origin issues.Tying into this specialty  I run a  closed women's group  for anxiety and depression. 

I am a  certified Parent Group Leader for The Incredible Years, www.incredibleyears.com.  parent and child training series.  The Incredible Years  is a  research based, proven effective program for reducing children's aggression and behavioral  problems and increasing their social and emotional competence.  I  am a facilitator for INSIGHTS, an award winning research based comprehensive, family-centered mental health program, designed by Dr. Eric Jones, PhD and Jason Beard, MA  founders of Preferred Child & Family Services,Inc., Twin Falls, Idaho.
